Pharmaticus offers you a network of licensed pharmacies in the US, allowing you access to high-quality drugs that are of the same standard you would find in a local pharmacy. All our partner pharmacists and physicians are based in the US and are compliant with the law to ensure safety. We do not sell narcotic drugs and we take extra measures in choosing  a pharmacy best suited to fulfill your order, maintaining efficiency and trust at every step.

Once your valid prescription is received, licensed doctors thoroughly review your health condition to confirm your eligibility for the prescribed medication. Upon approval, these licensed pharmacies dispatch medications that are FDA approved, and are packed in a manner that protects the user’s identity. Confidentiality is a priority at Pharmaticus, and every package is shipped unmarked for security. New clients are subject to a thorough verification procedure: email, address, date of birth and phone number cross-check. Although this may cause initial orders to take up to 7-10 working days, it greatly improves order accuracy. After you place your first cash-on-delivery order, it will be easy and smooth to use a personal portal for future purchases.

We are able to provide order and tracking IDs within two business days for you to track your shipment. However, delivery timelines are subject to carrier control. At Pharmaticus, we guarantee both health and security of our clients, which is why your medical history is first assessed by a doctor and then pharmacist. Fill the health questionnaire in the most truthful way because it does help to achieve better results on the treatment received. We make every step in the process starting from prescription review to the delivery, keeping your comfort, privacy and safety in mind. What We cannot Do?

  1. We cannot guarantee the exact medication brand;
  2. We cannot cancel your order once it is placed in the Pharmaticus system;
  3. We cannot offer overnight or expedited shipping options like FedEx;
  4. We cannot respond to inquiries about your order ID or tracking ID after sending it to you;
  5. We cannot accelerate the shipping process or request USPS to deliver faster.

Points 1, 2, 3, and 5 are beyond our control, while point 4 is unnecessary and wastes valuable time. Please rest assured that we prioritize efficiency and transparency throughout the order process.

Refill day Limitation

All pharmacies impose a 23-day limit on refills, beginning from the date of the doctor’s review, which typically occurs one day prior to shipping. Orders placed within this timeframe will not be assigned tracking IDs. Furthermore, due to the use of shared warehouses among pharmacies, these refill restrictions remain in effect even if you choose to order from different pharmacies. Please ensure you check the refill timing prior to making new orders.

Blacklist

Pharmaticus, as a service platform, does not function as your local pharmacy. When a pharmacy ships your order, charges are applied whether or not the order is received. Upon refusal to receive the order, the customer must pay a disposal charge. This cost is considered to be due and it cannot be refunded.

To maintain efficiency in operations, we have blacklisted those customers who click on the ‘Place Order’ tab but do not go through with it. We value responsible customers and reserve the right to discontinue service for those who act irresponsibly.

Also, bounced checks and invalid money orders will blacklist you instantly. Pharmacies charge us for the medication, disposal fees, and we face processing fines, making fraudulent transactions a significant loss. Trust and responsibility are key to maintaining seamless service.

Telephone Call

Pharmaticus will never call their consumers to remind them for refill or sales. Please ignore any telephone calls made to make you buy more of our products. These are unsolicited calls made by a call centres. We have never practiced phone marketing and soliciting sales through calls.

To refill your order, simply visit our website and follow the refill process. If you then order through Pharmaticus you will also receive tracking and order IDs that are sent to the email used during purchase. Beware of frauds who can send you misleading emails using our name; always verify them and avoid trusting suspicious calls or offers. Your trust and security are our priority.
